Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy:

We want you to be happy with your order.  But if you wish to return or exchange any item(s) from our store, please read this page carefully. We'll exchange your item for another color, a new size or an entirely different style.  We appreciate your business and want you to be satisfied with your purchase.  Please get prior approval via email before returning an item.  We will give you a return authorization number to put on the outside of your return box.  Boxes without this RA number will be refused.

You may return new, unworn items within 15 days of delivery for a store credit or refund less shipping charges. Items must be returned in their original packaging and be in new, unworn and unused condition. We'll also refund the return shipping cost if we made a mistake in shipping you the wrong item.  When returning an item(s), please put a copy of the invoice with the merchandise.

Customer is responsible for shipping, handling and any insurance charges when shipping items back to the Distribution Center.  We will credit your credit card for the purchase price minus the original shipping fees and any restocking fee.

Items that can NOT be returned/exchanged:

  • Any garment that covers an intimate area is absolutely not returnable for your protection.  Health regulations forbid the reselling of these items.  By law, Thongs, G-strings, Teddies, Bras, Bikinis, and other intimately worn apparel are not returnable.
  • Any product missing the original packaging, hang tags, or any part(s).
  • Any product that has obviously been worn or used prior to return.
  • Any product shipped more than 15 days before your request.

    Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless we shipped the wrong merchandise).  Additional shipping and handling fees are required to process all exchanges.

  • Damaged Items:

  • We inspect all of our items before shipping.  If an item is damaged during shipping you need to contact us within 24 hours so that we may contact our shipping company.  Please save the packing materials of damaged items for the shipping company to inspect.
    • Processing Time:

      It can take up to 5 business days to process returns once we have received them and credit card refunds can take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement (varies depending on your bank).  Exchange items are shipped based on availability from the manufacturer once your return has been received and inspected.
